The performances of Theatre Brama are primarily based upon the authors’ ideas and are a comment and reaction to the reality that surrounds the actors. They (the actors) speak about themselves, about their environment and in doing so, reference the important elements of history and tradition, although without unnecessary didacticism. Theatre Brama reacts to their surrounding reality and delicate subjects by treating them in a natural manner.
Brama has performed about 500 times in Goleniow, as well as other cities in Poland, Germany, Norway, Latvia and Peru, and is a laureate of the most important alternative theatre festivals in Poland, including: Theatrical Meetings in Lodz (2003 & 2008), National Festival of Student Theatre at STU Theater in Krakow (2001 & 2002), Theatrical Meetings in Dąbrowa Górnica, Youth Art Festival at FAMA Academy in Świnoujście.
